you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

only them will change for you.

After customer support have changed your self serve email, be sure to update your Community account to the same email so that any Community rewards (if applicable) are applied to your account.

You must contact customer support to change your self serve accounts email.

 

Click on the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen and type " change self serve email" and " human" and follow the prompts to submit your ticket via Simple--Simon. Keep an eye on the envelope icon at the top right corner of your screen next to your avatar for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times.
