Since I changed the company from Public Mobile to Fido on Monday , I can no longer log in to my Public Mobile account. Therefore, how can I cancel my information/account on Public Mobile and my credit card automatic payment? I don't want this business to continue and automatically deduct my credit card.
please let me know how i can cancel my credit card automatic pay.

@Jingyuan1 porting your public mobile number to another provider automatically closes your public mobile account, and access to self serve.
This should also prevent any future charges from being made to your card you had registered for autopayment.
Keep an eye for future charges, if any occur contact Public Mobile Representatives (CSA) by submitting a message(ticket) to them here:

Hi once you port a number your account is automatically closed you shouldn’t receive any more bills just keep an eye out just for the rare time it might happen
