I've been using the self-serve email address that the local seller gave me when i bought the SIM card 3 years ago. Now in order to verify that it's me who's trying to log in, I have to have the 6 digit code they sent to that email. But I don't know the password to that gmail account.
Can i just change the self-serve email address or log in using phone number ?

Remember if your Community email is the same as your My Account/Self Serve email (I believe lower and upper case matters here), then you can be eligible for Community Rewards if you participate within a calendar month.

Just type in Create a Ticket through SIMon Chatbot below or private message them on the envelope icon above.

you can get verification code by SMS
and when you press the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,
Edit: you can't login by phone number just by email.
