@Superbiker60 how long have you waited?? usually quite fast, within an hour or two.  You just need to reply YES within 90 minutes

You should get it within 90 minutes. Just make sure your old SIM card from the other provider is still in there to say yes. If you're still having issues, I can help you by sending you a phone number to contact to re initiate the port. Top right corner mail box.
