You’ll need A valid email address
Your Public Mobile phone number
Register To create a My Account profile you’ll need the help of a Customer Support Agent press  Chatbot

 

or send private message CS_Agent at:

Once ticket is submitted,(envelope icon on the top right) CS_Agent will reply you there.

Are you already a customer and am asking about your Self Serve account?  If you activated yourself online, the Self Serve account would have already been created.  If you activated at a store but never created the account, you will need to ask a customer support agent for help by starting here:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

 

If you're not yet a customer, you will need to buy a Public Mobile SIM card.  After you have that, you will need a credit card to pay for the plan and you can open a Public Mobile account by going to activate.publicmobile.ca

@loisl9006  if you had activated online yourself, you would have setup a Self-Serve My Account already

 

But if you activated in store and did not setup a My Account login after, just open ticket with PM Support using the "forgot Password" trick:

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
