You can't change your email in your account. You can ask PM customer service to change email for you.

You have to contact agent to do that for you.
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Yes, for email on My Account, you cannot change it yourself, please open ticket with CS agent and they will have to change it for you
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
