Seems like you have to be a new customer and there’s no one to ask. I am a current customer and want the $50 10GB plan instead of the current $40 5GB plan

And further, the little arrows on the right are really more like a next and previous button, starting at the top with only a next and ending at the bottom with only a previous.

use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
and changing your plan, you can choose to change next plan renewal date. To you not lose what you pay
after that date you change plan do rebooting phone.

@nflfan92 existing customers can upgrade to 4G plan too.
Please login to My Account, go to Pan & Add-ons page , click Change My Plan and scroll through the plans. Please note all 3G and 4G plans are there in the list, just find the one you want

You can change your plan in self service. It is better to choose change on next renewal date as you will not receive any credit if you change your plan immediately.
