I am willing to lose the grandfathered plan and pay more for the $15 plan, why am I not able to upgrade?

Yes, I noticed it on their website for new activations only, but it's not available if I want to change my subscription/plan.

@softech Well if OP is in Quebec and in the $13 plan then I suspect they would see that option in their account

@Matteo11 There is no $15 plan offering currently even for new customers . But you should be able to switch to the $19 and $23 plan I see it available in my account and I to have a $13plan but not $15 plan option at all

I don't think you can change to the new $15 plan as it is for new activation only
to change plan, login to My Account and go to Change Subscription page and see what plans you have. you likely have the $19 -1GB plan there
(you cannot change to any plan on your Change Subscription page )
