On Thursday a suppport agent said she was going to send a new transfer request for my number and she would message me on Friday but I did not receive any message.
She said not to reply to her last message.
How do I start a new ticket?

I have to say I fully disagree with her comment not to reply to her last message. I would FULLY reply to her last message. That is proof in the pudding sort of speak that she didn't do her job. By telling you NOT to respond to her last message hides her mistakes. I would reply to that message! AND make sure you high the " icon above so her message is sent with your response.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
