HI @Tomic do you ever have your My Account setup yet?
are you trying to make payment? If so, and if you remember your 4 digits pin, you can still pay by call *611 for now

Did you try calling 611? You can do few things like paying bill vith voucher.
If you do not have self-serving account, open it asap so you can do much more. You would need unique email/password to create one. You cannot access your account only with phone number.

@Tomic did it give you a choice to send the code via SMS to your phone?
if email is the only choice , then you will have to get it via email
If you no longer have access to your email, then you will have to get a new email, and ask PM to update the My Account with the new email address for you. Please engage them by opening a ticket using "Forgot Login Information" type of ticket:

You don't. Did you sign up in a store?
If you did it all your self online then you will have created an account. The login is the email address you signed up with and the password.
