Hi. I have a Google Pixel 6. I just subscribed to the $15 plan and purchased a Esim card with it. While I was in the process of getting the Esim card loaded onto my phone it closed in me and now I don't see the Esim on my phone. However I do have a phone number associated to my account so now when I try to login to my app it sends the 6 digit verification code to my phone number which I can't get access to on my phone because the Esim wasn't downloaded. I try to add the Esim manually and phone is asking me for a QR code from the service provider. How can I resolve this?

Contact a CS_Agent to get the eSIM voucher to scan in your phone.
Just Submit a Ticket on Start a Chat on the bottom of page or private message on the envelope icon if you are on a laptop or computer.

Hi @Nowka the eSim is on your phone and you purchased an wait activation
Try to reboot your phone. Check connection page on the phone and make sure the eSIM is enabled and selected for voice and data
if that does not help, please submit ticket with agent

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
