Are you moving to another mobile service provider and porting your number from here to there?
If so, once the number is fully functional at the new mobile service provider, your public mobile account will completely close.
Make sure to keep it active here until the number is completely in service with the new provider SIM card. ( in other words make sure calling in and out and texting in and out completely works)

- Disable autopay/pre-authorized payment
- Ask agent to Remove credit card info to avoid accidental charges by PM.
Your account will be suspended due to no payment at your next renewal date. 90 days after suspension, your account will be deleted. You have 90 days to change your mind by paying to reactivate your account.
- To stop service immediately, select lost/stolen phone.
- PORTing/transferring your number to other provider cancels your PM account immediately.

Either port out your phone number or login to your account and disable autopay.
Account will close in 90 days due to non payment.
