@Wei1155 if you are trying to receive the secure text from Public Mobile you should be able to click on the option "Didn't receive code" and then choose for them to send it to your email address on file. If you are trying to get a secure code from another company, is there another way you can contact them?

I realize what I have is esim, is there a way to switch to my another phone in Canada so that I can get messages in Canada ?

nothing you can do, i left my phone at home when I travel.

I did that but I need secure txt that is sent to my Canada phone number, so I am sad now.

hi @Wei1155 that is for you to receive the text when you are in Canada, you can receive text from  friends from any other countries 

when you are in China, you need to buy their local sim card (provide them with name as that is law in China) and you can then send and receive text using the number assigned by that local sim

You can text China FROM Canada, not the other way around.

Hello @Wei1155 

I'm sure you did your research on Public Mobile before joining them and should know that this service only works in Canada and the United States...  and now Mexico. You should know Public Mobile doesn't work in China. You will have to wait till you get back to Canada.

@Wei1155 sorry, Public Mobile only offers roaming in the US and now Mexico, no other locations so you will need to get a local SIM card or you can use wifi with apps like WhatsApp etc.
