I just used my points to get 300 mins of international calls and it said it may take up to 24 hours to be applied. However, under “Redemptions”, it doesn’t say anything about ‘pending’, does this mean I can use them? Thanks

You can use purchased add-on only if you can see it on your account.
You can try calling your destination and see if it works. It will not connect if you do not have proper add-on.
To get up-to-date account status Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache.

@muireannbergin hi check in your self serve to see if it was added, the best way is to make a call to see if it is active
