How can I get my refund

I am a financially constrained international student who opted for the most affordable plan. I purchased a subscription for 250 MB of data at 3G speed along with an eSIM for a total of 16.8. Unfortunately, when attempting to activate it, I encountered a compatibility issue with my phone. It always says that my phone is incompatible with the eSIM. This error occurs just before the final step of activation, despite multiple attempts and various troubleshooting methods. Regrettably, I am unable to activate the eSIM. Given this situation, I would like to inquire about the possibility of a refund. Could you please guide me on the process for obtaining a refund in these circumstances? PM is a prepaid provider and generally no refund, but you can contact CS agent by submit ticket here:

But why not get a physical sim card and complete the activation? you can get a Public Mobile physical sim from Telus  or Koodo store for $10 or Amazon for $5.  Once you have the sim, just submit ticket using the link above

once you got the sim card, submit PM
