Hi there,
I am still new to Public. I can find my July-Aug invoice, but I can't find the invoice of my first month, that's back on Jun 30th.
Could you please help with this?

if you are looking for Public Mobile invoices, login My Account, go to Payment history, and you should see download invoice link there
or ask PM support agent to help.
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
