How can I contact public mobile. The agents are slow

@Precejin   It's slower than usual at the moment, possibly due to the volume of questions related to the Black Friday sales.  On the rare occasion I have needed to contact them I have usually got a response within the hour.  Are you looking in the right place for a response, i.e. the envelope icon top right of this page, or tap your avatar for Messages.  If they reply and you don't respond within a day or two they will close the ticket and you have to start over, so keep checking.

With all the request with issues or members trying to get a better deal. They are probably backlogged. Staff hours are from 9:00am to 10:00pm EST so they are off now.

They can take up to 4 hours to respond during their working hours.

If it is a common issue. We can help troubleshoot your problem here on this Community. So what is your problem?

That's not the quickest way.  Even quicker would be buying a real time voucher from a site such a Muskbird.  Those tops up are usually instantaneous.
