How can I cancel my account or deactivate it?

Hi, I bought a SIM Card for my parents when they came to visit Canada. Now, I would like to deactivate it so I don't have to pay for additional months. How can I do it? The only option I saw was to deactivate pre-authorized payments.

Go in to your account and disable Autopay. Your account won't renew and after 90 days in Suspension, account is closed down.

@Freijo8 , you can remove auto payment and the account will close after 90 days of suspension.  Asking a CSA to remove the credit card from the account is optional but encouraged.  To do this, use the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket.
