Another thing you can try is you can download the PM app which I'm sure you already have. When you log in, at the bottom middle tab, that's where the rewards are. I just did it, took about 10 seconds to load. I then clicked on Catalog in the middle of the page. I scrolled down, had to tap on Load More 3 times and it was at the end of the 3rd "load more". There is 20 points for $20 off your bill. Hope this helps.
