I received my text message about the holiday giveaway for 2 gig of data and 500 minutes. I replied yes2 then got a text saying it’s been added to my account but it’s been 3 days and it’s still not showing up????

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

HI @Whiskey-Jack usually it will be added within 24 hours
did you try to clear cache first and restart browser to login ?
or you can try to use Incognito mode or Private mode to login and you should see the add on
if you still don't see it, open ticket with CS agent and they will help
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode.
Your probably looking at old cached information
