I currently use prepaid service. I know everybody received international minutes and 2gb free. Why I'm not targeted? I'm supposed to receive a text, but... Thanks

If you are new customer (after Dec 1) bonuses will be added automatically to your account.
If you did not receive SMS from PM, contact agent to add them manually.
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

you can open ticket with PM CS agent and they will add it back for you
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Try sending YES2 to 4911
If that doesn't work, then you'll have to reach out to a Customer Support Agent and have them apply those holiday gifts manually to your account if you ask.
Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.
