Hi everyone,
Just made this account to ask about the holiday bonus. I replied with "YES2" on December 3rd to apply the bonus to my account. I logged into self serve today and have yet to see the bonuses applied. I actually still had last year's holiday bonus on my account, as I hadn't fully used it, does this mean that this year I don't get any bonus?

Wonder when the caching issue will be fixed in the new self-serve, this is a super common issue.

You could be looking at a cached version of your account information.
Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode instead. Try again.

Please try to login using Private or Incognito mode and check again.

Did you receive the text first? If you did log into self service again but clear your browser cache and open a new browser window in incognito.
