@ImanMoshiri  Your posting in a thread that is unrelated.. but don’t worry.. you CANNOT be charged any extra.. once you’ve used what you have it’s gone.. then buy another add on  next time you check out your addon .. use incognito or the refresh spinner little button… actually.. don’t think Iran is in the international calling available list.. unless things changed

There's a post said type "YES2" to 4911 won't work if don't receive text message from PM.

 

@Eliza5 You will get text message from PM until Dec 15. If after Dec 15, you still don't get the text message, you can open a ticket with CS agent for help.

Hi

Today I called my family in Iran who don't have access to the Internet due to the current situation in Iran and talked for 15 minutes. However, in the Add-Ons section of my account on your website, this doesn't appear and still shows that I have 500 minutes left. I am worried that something is wrong and I will end up with a crazy bill!

@Quigley  When they send the message.. I haven’t received it yet.. if you just send  says sorry.. not for you.. lol

It's added just as soon as you reply YES2 to 4911.   But you have to get the text message with the holiday offer first or it just won't work. Sorry.

If you don't see it, try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode.  And look again, after doing a refresh.
