hi,
i never received the text message to activate the bonus offers (2 GB, long distance). How can we get this addressed?

If you joined during December 2022, bonus is already added to your account. If you joined before contact agent to see is they can add bonus for you manually to your account.
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

i never got the text to activate; got it on my kid's phone / line but not on mine. I replied YES2 to other Public Texts but nothing!??!

@diasto it could be a bit late, but don't give up yet. Open ticket with PM support and explain you never get the text and see if they can still apply them back to your account

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

edit if you replied YES2 that text and before dec 31 and just don’t see it in your account try loggin in again incognito/private mode there are cache issues
Try again incognito mode/private mode or simply try refreshing the page on the yellow circle while signed in to public mobile
Refresh page. ^^^
