How do I create a self serve account it’s so complicated!

Not difficult at all. You would need valid email address, credit card, SIM.
If you HAVE SIM and want to activate and purchase Plan then
If you have PM SIM and activated account/service go to Sign In, My account and create self-serving account.

HI @Samy4321 did you got it activated in store?
if you activate online yourself, you would have a My Account login setup already
But if you did it in store, then you will need to set it up yourself
To set it up now, go to My Account site and click Register now (or this link: https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/XZxMjt) and follow the steps below:
You will have to come to this direct link to open ticket with CS agent

Click "Contact Us"
and then Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
At Step 1. Select an issue category , leave it with Password & Username Reset there,
Click Change my Self-Serve email and the click Next
At Step 2. Complete additional issue details, enter a email address you want to setup to login to My Account and pick one of the questions to answer to validate yourself
At the same step, you can choose to accept live chat or not, and click Next
In the next step to Verify your identity, click Verity by SMS Code, enter the phone number and Send a code
click "Submit Ticket" to complete the process
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

@Samy4321 are you a current customer with a public mobile phone number?
If so, you can submit a ticket here to: Create or forgot My Account email or password link
If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.
To contact the Public Mobile Customer Support Agent (CSA)_Team, there are two methods to reach them found here:

If not a customer yet, you need to activate a public mobile sim card to be able to have a My Account.
