I have sent the moderators private message and non have even been read!!!! I am trying to port from chatr and my plan runs out tomorrow!!! I need my phone for work.....i also have 2 missing sims too!!! I just want them re sent!!! Also pm the moderators.... Also tried fb with nothing!!! Wish you guys alowed a phone call!!! @Saray_O @Mary_M @Shazia_K

I had a similar issue earlier in the month, I sent them a private message on facebook with my order # and they shipped me a new one through FedEX, came one day later!
