Hi there,
My friends phone just died out and have no access to her account. She forgot what email it is and can not recover her account because it's an eSIM and everything is on line.Would anyone know who to get in touch with to resolve this issue?

Thank you, it's was my thought as well.
So I submitted a ticket for her

One option is this. Click on the Forgot email or password and try those options. If these options don't work, then contact a csa.
Contact pm by creating a ticket using the direct message for further assistance with the next steps.
Their reply will be HERE in your mailbox.

if she does not even know the email, she will need to use another email to create a new Community account first, then Message PM and they will sort it out
