You should of recieved an email when you made the purchase online. It should have a tracking number from Canada Post (snail mail) at times. If longer than 3 days you can contact Canada Post with the tracking number if there is no info from the link provided in the email.
If Canada Post cannot provide you with any info then follow up with PM Moderator team.
Click on the ? icon below in the bottom corner.

Since its been more then a week, you will need to submit a ticket to Moderator Team
To submit a ticket:
start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon
(CLICK on the "account-specific" question > human and submit a ticket)
Type a message describing the problem and post.
It could take 24-48 hours for them to get back to you

You could submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

@amberharpermc - It has been too long for normal processing. You will need to contact moderators and have them investigate. Click on the question mark in lower corner (or click on 'Get Help') to start a session with SiMon. follow it through and open a ticket.

Take the order number in your email and go to Canada Post to track it. Enter your order number on Canada Post.
