Help I need to speak to a customer service representative please

I cancelled my service in the same day as the start of my billing cycle and I have been charged for the whole month that will not be using.  Can someone please contact me regarding get this refunded.  Thank you

Customer Service Reps don't usually hang around in the Forum. YOU must contact them using that quick-link supplied above.

hi @Chantelle204 Other services are usually postpaid but PM is prepaid

The chat bot just takes me in circles, and I don't have an account to log into anymore since I cancelled my subscription

Other mobile services, as well as home internet services that are paid at the beginning of the cycle, which a lot are, I have cancelled half way through the billing cycle and the company will refund the rest of the month because it has not been used,

hi @Chantelle204 PM is a prepaid carrier and usually do not provide refund.  How you cancelled? did you try to turn off Autopay and turn off too late?  or you ported your line?
