I've unfortunately payed for a sim online but I'm several days past the 10 business days suggested. I haven't found a way to contact customer support.
Any thoughts ??

it's been known to take up to 3 weeks for delivery of the sim if purchased from Public Mobile. Better option is to buy from Amazon or get to Mobile Klinik in your area.
