I placed an order for SIM card on July 24th. And I still have not received anything in the mail. And it does not look like my shipping page has updated either. However the initial fee for the SIM card was charged to my credit card successfully

No way you can get SIM by mail in 1-2 days. Usually SIM is sent by regular mail with no tracking. Ordering from PM could take up to 3 weeks for SIM delivery.
I suggest patience or if in rush find other retailer (CCS), order from them and keep one SIM as spare.

@HapaGirl57 If you ordered from Pm on the 24th, and today being the 27th, I don’t think they ship that quickly. 7-10 days I’ve heard.

It could take as many as 3 weeks to receive the sim card. However, some received them within a week
You can open ticket with PM Support for a status update. I assume you are not existing subscriber yet, so direct message them with your order number
