Have not received extra 6gb Promo by moving Freedom\WIND to Public Mobile

I and my wife have trasfered our accounts over public mobile, but we have not received exta 6gb to internet usage. 

 

It has more than one moth, but adversitments said 48 hours. 

 

Who can help us ?

Send a msg as other suggested its should be that long for extra 6gb mine was added automatically like in 46 hours mark.
