Time flies, it seems like only yesterday that I left Wind Mobile for greener pastures. I can't imagine going back to such an inferior service ever.
This community forum has been a blast. Last year when I signed on, @Rockdaddy22 was the model stormtrooper in this forum. I thought to myself, wouldn't it be interesting to follow those footsteps. Along the way, I have dealt with some really nice people across the country that have defintely made a difference in the success of this disrutpive service. Thank you to the @CS_Agent for putting up with unruly customers and bug infested self serve portal.
Many happy returns. Next goal is to max out on the loyalty rewards. @ShawnC13, help me with the arithemetic here, how many more renewals before the $15 per 90 day loyalty reward kicks in?

I think you got the arithemetic right, although I like @mimmo's response better. I have not made the year one loyalty yet and so I need one more renewal for year one to go with the 16 more for the next 4 years.

Congrats @will13am, it will be 17 more renewals to reach the $15 dollar /90 day discount. So your renewal in Jan 2022 you can count on that $15 discount!!

Thank you. I really do want this service to succeed. I am tired of the same old, same old from all the other brands which try to lure customers with overpriced carrier phones. I don't care that my carrier doesn't sell phones. If they do, I want it priced separate from the service at competitve market value. If I cannot afford the hardware in a single payment, then it is outside of my affordability.

Come to think about it, I believe it will only be 16, 90 day renewals. 🙂 almost a lifetime, hopefully PM figures out their the portal by then.

I believe you can game the system by letting your plan be expired for 5 day a year (works great if it expires while you are out of the country)
