HUAWEI P40 PRE-OWNED PHONE ANDRIOND.10 INCLUDED GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES?

I interested in huawei p40 phone,but huawwei.co was banned from 2019, so thire phones not allowed with google services, I want to know the pre-owned p40 phone also not with google service, right?

In your one little line asserting "all"...if you had said many or most then it would have been a bit better. But then the context is under this topic of the Huawei P40. Then even saying many or most would be irrelevant to say.

Don't take it personal, people here just try to make sure things are accurate and not give out wrong advise.  The OP here wants to buy a phone, if we gave wrong suggestion , he goes ahead and buy it and it turns out it's wrong, who is going to give him back the money ? (Luckily , look like OP was trying to buy from PM, which has a 30 days refund.. but how about the lost effort and time?)

Fighting back hard wouldn't make a wrong becomes right..

If it is wrong, take it easy.. accept it humbly and make change accordingly.  No one is trying to start a war here...

Under Trump's presidency Huawei was targeted and banned from doing business with American companies and it was part of what led to the arrest at Vancouver airport of CFO and founder's daughter Meng Wanzhou and the subsequent arrest of the canadian two Michaels on trumped up charges of spying. As a result all newer devices from Huaweii do not come pre-installed google apps or the play store. However there are unsanctioned apps that allow a user to install them.

Please note that this information isn't correct. Not all Android devices have the Play Store.  In fact, there are many very popular devices that do not.  Fire TV and Fire tablet devices are a couple of examples  But, even if we're talking only about cell phone devices with Android installed, your statement still isn't right.  In some countries, cell phone manufactuers aren't allowed to install the Google Play store.

@sjhgx , I have no idea what the pre-owned phone comes with.  As far as I know, Huawei phones don't come preloaded with play services but it does not mean that it cannot be installed.  Take a look at this youtube video on how to install play service on the P40.
