HELP! No incoming or outgoing calls since this morning

everything working yesterday

renewal in march (120 days plan)

no addon added recently

Same here. Everything was working fine yesterday. This morning I can only call certain numbers only and receive calls from certain numbers only. No data. No text

Actually to add more insight, I can send and recieve calls only from other telus people. Anything else wont work

Was everything working yesterday?

Renewal date? Did you use a US addon recently?
