Since I barely use TXT message, so I chose a $20 Unlimited Talk plan.
Then I realize $20 Unlimited Talk can't receive TXT message at all...
Can I peacefully switch from current $20 Unlimited Talk to $25 Unlimited Talk & Text?

Just sign and chose $20 no TXT plan today (20171112)

When did you sign up?
Generally speaking there are no refunds for unused portions of your plan with PM. if you are doing an immediate plan change if you have used your plan already, you have to pay the full amount for the new plan and will forfeit anything remaining on the previous one.
You can also future date your plan so that the plan change comes into effect on your renewal date.
If you started this today or yesterday it might be worthwhile to ask the moderator team politely if there is anything they can do for you.
