Group text no longer working

Hi, I recently traveled internationally and since coming back my group texts are no longer working properly. Instead of showing as a single group conversation, all messages are splitting into separate individual texts. I’ve already reset network settings, confirmed MMS and Group Messaging are enabled, and re-activated iMessage. One-on-one texts work fine, but group MMS is broken.

Can you please check that group MMS is enabled on my line and re-provision or refresh the messaging service settings on my account? If there’s a carrier update you can push to my SIM, that would help too.

I bought an eSIM for data while travelling, so I have removed the app from my phone and deleted it in the Settings -> Cellular screen. I reset my network settings after this, rebooted my phone, and I'm still having the same issue. Is there something else I'm missing?

Hello @StephieC

Check to see that your mobile data is enabled. Also, check to see if your APN settings match.

hi @StephieC did you use travel sim card or travel eSIM? make sure you remove it,  or delete it if eSIM , and then Reset Network Settings again

if same, go to Settings ->Cellular and remove turn phone number, reboot phone and go back to the same menu and re-enter the phone number.  This will re-register iMessage and will fix your problem
