Hi community,
I've read posts on the instructions on how to get new eSim on to my new phone.
I've downloaded public mobile app on my new phone, when I go to my account, click purchase sim card. The eSim option does not come up. When I use desktop, the option comes up, I can't checkout because it tells me to download the app. I'm at a loss.
Can I buy a physical card and transfer my number over instead to avoid this hassle?

try uninstall the app, reboot and resinstall

Thanks for the reply. My app doesn't give me purchase esim as n option. Only physical sim

you need to use the app to buy esim, cannot use the desktop browser
when you go into the App, click Account, and Purchase Sim card and esim would be an option after , like this

@Amy90 Yes you can buy new physical SIM card from Telus or Koodo store or order from Amazon and change SIM card number in the account
