Getting your anniversary discount

When does it happen? Is it on the day you actually joined or is it at the end of the month?

For example, if I joined on the 10th of the month do I get my discount on the 11th of the month or do I get it on the 30th of the month?

No discount.  10 points will show in your rewards.

You receive 10 points on your exact anniversary date.  First time …. you get to use on your 13th payment.

Your anniversary point will show up in your account on the 11th but it will apply on the following renewal date if you didn’t accumulated 15 points yet.

As per my account anniversary points are earned on your initial sign up date.

Meaning if you joined on June 10th and your bill renews then you get your discount right away?

Hi,

For me, I guess, it is on the time of plan renewals. So, it is tied to the billing cycle. But, I'm an old customer, maybe it's changed.
