@Driss_ if it's an N9009, then it's CDMA version and can't be used with any carrier in Canada as nobody operates a CDMA network here any more.

@Driss_  I believe Sprint and Verizon phones use CDMA? You might be limited to a band/frequency not available everywhere so which is why you experienced the same issue with Fizz.

Check willmyphonework.net for your exact model. It looks like some may not be compatible.
