Friend referral not honoured

I am a new activation and used a friend referral code but I did not get the $10 dollar discount and she did not get $1 reward for friend referral

Ask you friend if they got a text indicating “Cha-Ching! You just added to Refer A Friend Reward-way to go! Keep referring to earn more.”

If they did then the $10 credit will be taken off your next month bill and your friend will get $1 off/month or 1 point added to they Rewards.

If you haven't received your 10 by 3 days, a CSA can manually fix that pretty quickly for you

Your friend should see something like this. Last 4 digits of your phone. If not then referral code was not correct.

If your friend has logged into their rewards account and the $1 or 1pt and the last 4 digits of your phone number are not listed then maybe the glitch is back....as that info appears as soon as you activate. Double check your friends referral code and contact customer support and explain your issue and ask for the referral code to be added. Give them your friends phone number if possible so they can confirm the correct referral code is added. Then you will see your $10 bonus referral credit within 72 hours but usually the next day.

You should get the $10 credit within 72 hours and your friend should see an extra $1 in her refer-a-friend reward section, but won't actually get the extra $1 until her next payment date.  

 

If there was an error, you can submit a ticket for customer service agent help.
