For the other issue you brought up, who was that? can you show the link? Not sure if we can help, but would like to check still
thanks @softech for confirming the help everyone offered
for the other case, it is this one:
I hope they are not related , I didn't mean the OPs .. i meant if the glitches are related.

I should have selected the $19 plan with the 3 GB data at 4G but that was my bad. Now I only see the $19 plan with only 1 GB at 4G.The $57 90 day plan was never officially offered to existing customers.
can you help to report the PM why the system have all these error on @eyes account? It is unfair to him that he got all the new activation only plans and happened that he picked the wrong one
that was another error I found today. Another user , his account was suspended. But don't know why he can port out his line on his suspended account and then suddently that account got reactivated. That is so unfortunate to these 2 users. Don't konw why bad things all happen to this user. Oh. I meant these users , plural.
Since Oracle cannot see the account infos and we cannot confirm if any particular user really being offered plans that they should not have, it is best for the users themselves to confirm with support

@eyes wrote:Please help the Member keeps on spamming my post ( now 6 posts) obviously because of spite- just doesn’t get the message that enough is enough. Really don’t want to report a fellow member.
HI @eyes
Sorry, the community uses Khoros and this software does not have any option for any community members to choose who can answer your posts or not
I also do not see any spamming post on this thread. Everyone was just trying to offer help with your unique situation.

Seriously? After the GREEDY way they treat us you expect us to actually help poor PM ??? I also doubt that they pay you much more then $20 / month for the more then 6000 solutions you helped to lighten CS load.

I deleted this post because it showed that it was by me but it wasn’t. Very weird.

again, 1 Point is effectively $1 value.
Send me the link where you see it with a clear screenshot and I will help to redirect to Public Mobile to update the page. Thanks for your help

Sorry to disagree with you but it’s advertised soliciting new members. Try it to confirm my finding.

Please don’t defend PM explaining that they meant 1 point that of course is equal to $1 etc. I say this because when one of us makes a careless mistake — such as converting to the point system and then asking to revert back to the $$ reward system we’re told sorry too bad. Another recent example is the 240 MB data bonus. Again if we make a mistake and didn’t notice the FQA that switching down to a less expensive plan forfeits the bonus — well again PM says— too bad’. Sooooo isn’t this only one sided????
@eyes you are still seeing $1 for the one renewing because you are still on the legacy rewards system. Once you migrated into the new Public Points system, you will see it showing cleary 1 Point for the one referring

@eyes - Every renewal date on yours and that your friend stays with PM - you will get a referral credit of $1 on the legacy system & 1 point if on the Points System.
Your friend will still get a one time $10 credit for their second month with the refer a friend.
So in may it will be 1 point every month for you & $10 one time credit for a refer-a-friend for your friend to use.

No

only if there's a promotion running at the time the new person signs on with your referal code...there could also be limitations or fine print.

@eyes I don't see such promo in email or posted around the site.
So, you will just get the 1 point/cycle as usual
