Forgot the email to access my account. Need to update billing info and update my plan. Approximately how long does this take to get resolved?

1. There are 2 CSAs online at the moment (Aug 1, 6:48pm MT) If you do not get any reply this evening, you may need to wait until tomorrow to get a reply to your support ticket.
2. While you are waiting, can use the reset password link on the login page to test which email address you used to activate your PM account. If you provide an email address which PM server does not know, PM server will tell you. Continue to test all your email addresses you have until PM send you a text or email for you to reset your account password.
3. PM always send you a welcome email right after your activation. Search all your email accounts for the PM welcome email.

Try putting "Public mobile" in the search section of all of the emails you have access to in order to see whether promotional emails from public mobile ( and telus and koodo as well) pop up and/or your welcome email from pm.
Customer support usually replies within the hour after submitting a support ticket or sending a private message.

It depends how busy agents are.
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Watch for envelope in top right corner. It will show Number of unread emails.
