Trying to pay my public mobile phone number have enough money in there but plan won’t activate. And forgot all my info to get into my account. How can I reset this? Please help, been without a phone for 2 days!

You can also make a payment using recharge.com or ding.com but there a service charge.

What happens when you dial 611?
If you were on autopay, is the payment card still valid?
If so, then you can use the 611 service to make a payment using that card.
Or buy a voucher in stores or online. Or do an instant top-up from some stores.

BTW have your tried paying by dialing 611?
