Hello there.
Okay my father bought a sim card and registered an account at Walmart. Everything was working well until he realized they had given him a temporary password to sign into the website and continue payment. My phone deactivated today cause of nonpayment and that’s when he told me about the signing in and stuff. I have a phone number and email, I just need help getting into the account to make a payment an continue using the service, if someone can pm me so I can give the phone number and continue this conversation would be greatly appreciated.

@Jb456 Yes @kselmak is right 611 does work even if the account is suspended and you can make a payment using a voucher to re-activate the account via 611.

@KatieBurns Usually when you activate in store they do not set up your self serve account. Try to set up a new account at https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/ with your phone number and email address.
If it works, you should be able to make a payment in there by credit card or voucher pin.

As he activated in store, you should attempt the creation of a self serve account here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/. Although I am not sure that will work if your account has been suspended for lack of payment.
If that fails, you will need to submit a ticket. To get a ticket: click https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and enter your question into SIMon. Follow/invent prompts until you get to the Contact Us button, click it and a Submit Ticket button should appear.
You can also pay for your account with a voucher by dialling 611 and following the prompts.
