Failed activation. Credit card not charged

Tried to activate my sim. Everything looked fine. I was able to choose a new number. When I hit the last button I got an error message saying my activation had failed. I tried doing it again but now it says invalid sim. Please help. How do I contact a moderator

This will require a moderator to fix, and unfortunately they are way behind right now due to this promo, so won't likely get to you for several days. You will need to be patient, but they will get to you.

I don't think there is any way to pull back pms, think you should just resend with the additional info.
