Attempted to port in from Fido.
1st attempt, used a new PM SIM card, Fido number was eligible to port in. Entered all info plus payment, but did not reach confirmation page (generic error).
Returned 1st SIM card to store. 2nd attempt, advised to use new PM SIM card. Fido number NOT eligible to port in. Advised to pick new PM number, and port in after. Completed activation.
Fido SIM card now inactive, but PM SIM is still PM number. Received 2 charges on credit card, and my friend received 2 referral bonuses. 2 activations?
I no longer have the 1st SIM card, and need access to my number ASAP.
Messaged Mods already. Can I escalate?

@Nocturno, since you were charged twice, I suspect that the first attempt was partially successful and it is possible that your Fido number was tied up in this first attempt. Thus the not eligible response on the second try. In any event, the moderator team should be able to sort things out for you.

@Nocturno, Unfortunately, you need to wait for the mods to get back to you.
I think that when the first activation was done, the actual port from Fido might have been put through (at least in part). This might explain why the FIDO number now shows as unavailable & FIDO SIM/number is dead, and was associated with the first SIM. Only the mods can clear this up.
