I'm currently facing extremely slow data speed during day time. Download is generally less than 0.5Mbps. The issue doesn't occurs (as in the download speed can reach at least 5Mbps, which is still very slow) if I switch to 3G or HSPA+ network, but it happens with 4G/LTE or 5G network.
Note that this only occurs at daytime (probably starting around 11am-ish and stopping around 10pm-ish). Outside of this time range, the speed can reach at least 10Mbps or higher. I'm wondering if there are some infrastructure issues in my area, and if it is possible to open some sort of ticket for engineers to check. I've also tested in other parts of the city, where the download speed can be easily above 50Mbps during day or night time.

I can confirm I'm getting the same speeds, S21 Ultra & S20 Ultra. Data is nearly unusable for any type of media.

Thanks @fixin1 for the information.
I'm in southwest Edmonton. I guess not _that_ far from Red Deer. I used to be in another province and never had the issue. How long have you had the network issue in your area? Do you know if there is a way to open a ticket against PM or Telus?

@skyliu - Yes, probably network tower is congested. I use 3G when at Gasoline Alley south of Red Deer because nothing loads on 5G / 5G+ / LTE .
Less than 1mbps on 5G / 5G+ / LTE while getting 10mbps on 3G.

hi @skyliu 10Mbps is still not great
try Reset All Networks first
Try in different area, I assume you will get a much better speed
Try you sim in another phone, maybe just a phone problem
