For some reason the eversafe phone number associated with the account changed, I had previously received a text for this account, however new texts are being sent to a number that appears to be one digit off. I cannot log in to my account to change this because i need access to that number, and I cannot submit a ticket as the ticket links just open the AI chatbot which is unable to understand the issue. How can I change the confirmation phone number to be the correct one so i can finally finish the signup process and transfer my number to public mobile?

yes, at this stage, you won't be able to get the 2FA via email. You need to message support agent for help

I have a similar problem. I cannot get a text with a code as the number I transferred does not work. I want to change my phone number but I can’t access my profile. Can you help me?

try to get the code via email first and then update the phone number for 2FA test
when you were asked to receive 2FA , click Didn't receive code or Resend code, then choose Send email to get the code via email. After you logged in, go to Profile page, click Manage EverSafe ID and then update the phone number
if no send email option, then ask PM support agent to help with updating the phone number to receive 2FA, you can submit ticket by direct message:
