Esim and existing phone number

so heres my question how do i transfer my number to a phone that doesnt have a physical sim slot, do i purchase an esim or is there a way to transfer my physical sim to a new phone with out purchasing a new esim also if i have to purchase an esim hw do i then port my current number to that esim, someone musta done this by now

That is correct. I did it recently. I had a SIM card, went to the app on the phone, then went to account at the bottom, then scrolled down to where it said purchase SIM card. There you will see the option to purchase an eSIM. It's $5 the first time and free after that.

Hello @Kennedy1969 

It's so super easy! Just download the app on your new phone, purchase an eSIM and once it's set, just reboot. Everything should work perfectly after that and don't worry, you won't lose your number.
